Responsibilities

-Deliver high-quality teaching in business, strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, and finance across undergraduate and post-graduate programs within the School of Business, Economics, and Management Science. -Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and theses. - Coordinate e-learning platforms and digital pedagogy. - Design, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and other learning activities in line with institutional policies and quality standards. - Actively engage in research, conference presentations, and journal publications. - Support and supervise students on work placements and internships. - Contribute to the design, development, and review of new and existing programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry needs. - Contribute to the strategic development of the School of Business through active participation in planning and review processes. - Participate in College-wide events such as open days, recruitment fairs, and outreach activities.
